Back At It Again

It's been 2 weeks of me NOT working out. However, I have been eating well compared to beforehand. I've had more protein and less carbs in my diet. That is not something that is sustainable, but it is something necessary as of now.

Today, I did the Fat Burner DVD of the Original, Power 90. That's Tony Horton's first set of DVDs that he released. I was sweating and definitely felt the workout by the end since there are literally no breaks over the course of a half hour of all cardio. It's not too overly intense, and I think that's why it was doable.

It's nice to be back at it again. I can't let these 2 week workout hiatuses just come up out of nowhere for no reason.
